Tees are set up for direct deposit payments at the time of each shirt’s sale. We make no claims to your artwork, it is yours, and produced and sold by us under the agreement terms which allow you to end the agreement and remove your tee(s) whenever you choose. We’re on a mission to build THE most comprehensive Austin venue/band/landmark tee shirt shop. We’re partnering with artists/venues to offer up their art online 24/7/365. All partners will receive back a specific $ amount per shirt at the time of sale. Tees are printed and shipped on-demand and ACH payments are made to you via Stripe at the time of sale.
T Shirt Shop FAQ’s
How will the T Shirt order be printed & fulfilled, and are we involved
We’ve chosen one of the largest and best respected on-demand printing/fulfillment companies. The printer accepts, prints, and fulfills the order. Neither you or ATXTshirts.com (thinAIR Solutions, LLC.) are involved in that process.
What size should the logo image be
T-shirt design should be as large as possible and 300 dpi, with a transparent background in psd, png or ai format. An all white logo works best as we can place that on all kinds of color tee choices.
Who owns the image
The image is yours. We make no claims. As soon as you wish any shopping cart T Shirt of yours to be removed, notify us and the image and that cart item will be removed.
How will the shirts be printed
The shirts won’t be screenprinted – our print provider offers print-on demand (POD) using the DTG printing method, meaning the print will sit on top of the garment, and thus guarantees colors more vibrant than the ones you’d get from screenprinting.
What will we make on each shirt sale
We will price your shirt where your payment will be $3 to $10 per tee (your decision). The shirts will be priced accordingly. Obviously the less you choose to profit per shirt the more competitively it will be priced.
What will be the shirt quality
Most of our tees will be the Unisex Short Sleeve Tee – Bella+Canvas 3001
Retail fit. 100% Soft cotton (fibre content may vary for different colors). Light fabric (4.2 oz/yd² (142 g/m²)). Tear away label. Runs true to size.
Have you seen the tee’s
Yes, we made 4 separate sample orders for four different T’s. The quality of those samples were excellent.
What is the return policy and will we be involved
Our print provider does not accept returns, but will gladly reimburse for any misprinted or damaged items. All we need is the order ID and photos from the customer.
How will we be paid
Payment will be via ACH thru Stripe directly to your bank account. After filling out our form you will be directed to a stripe set-up page to set up your shirt settlement. ATXTShirts.com will have zero access to your bank settlement information. Please have your mobile phone available when setting up direct deposit with Stripe. Stripe will send two different verification codes during this process via your phone.
Do you have access to our ACH bank info
NO. We purposely built the signup for to send you directly to Stripe to complete your bank settlement information. We have zero access to your bank info, and that’s the way we want it.
Will we be notified when a shirt is sold
Yes you will receive and immediate email notification after each sale, and the funds will be direct deposited in your bank via Stripe.
Partner Policy Terms and Conditions
You are allowing atxtshirts.com & LostinAustin.org (thinAIR Solutions, LLC) to list a t-shirt with your logo or design for sale.
You allow permission for LostinAustin.org (thinAIR Solutions, LLC,) to use your logo/design for this purpose.
atxtshirts.com & LostinAustin.org (thinAIR Solutions, LLC) is not liable for any disputes to this artwork and will be held harmless for any additional claims to it’s ownership.
You agree to the pricing calculation in our FAQ section. ($4, $6, $8 or $10 per t shirt). Contact us to confirm the amount you chose and we inputted. That amount will never change without your instructions.
By uploading the image you certify that you are the sole copyright owner of said image.
You are being paid via your Stripe ACH bank info that you input. Should you bank info change and the Stripe account become un-sync’d, thinAIR Solutions is not responsible for replacing revenue you lost before you corrected your banking information.
By completing our sign-up agreement and/or uploading an image you certify that you are the sole copyright owner of said image. atxtshirts.com (thinAIR Solutions, LLC,) will be held harmless for any claims to the tee image/brand that you’ve presented to us as yours. We need written permissions from all parties who may have claims to ownership and/or copyright of the artwork being displayed.
