Thanks for joining us at atxtshirts.com, the place where folks come for Austin related tees and memorabilia.  We’ve set up our shop to pay you  – the venue owner, band , artist – ongoing royalty payments for your product.   Supplement income from your art/brand that works for you 24/7/365.

It’s an automatic transaction via Stripe that automatically deposits your royalty to a sync’d bank account or debit card (whichever you like) at the time of sale.  We didn’t want to be involved in collecting art sales money and divvying it out.  It’s completely automated.  To complete the Stripe payment portion of this form below you will need:

  • Tax ID # or SSN
  • Bank ACH #
  • Bank Acct #  or Debit Card #
  • Email address that you’d like your individual item sales notifications to go to.
  • Have a mobile phone handy as Stripe will text you an activation code that you’ll need to enter.

  • Accepted file types: png, jpg, psd, Max. file size: 80 MB.
    T-shirt design should be 300dpi in .png or .psd format with a transparent background.
    If you have already provided us a logo please skip the file upload.

We’re on a mission to help support our local Austin venues and artists. We are offering up venue/band/artist tees and posters to the public. All partners will receive back $10 per tee or poster at the time of sale. Tees are printed and shipped on-demand and ACH payments to you are via Stripe. T Shirt Shop FAQ’s

How will the T Shirt and poster orders be printed & fulfilled, and are we involved ?

We’ve chosen one of the largest and best respected on-demand printing/fulfillment companies. The printing company accepts, prints, and fulfills the order. Neither you or atxtshirts.com (thinAIR Solutions, LLC.) are involved in that process.

What size should the artwork image be ?

T-shirt and poster designs should be 300dpi, with a transparent background and in .psd or .png format. An all white logo works best as we can place that on all kinds of color tee choices. Poster art can be of unlimited colors.

Who owns the artwork ?

The artwork is yours. We make no claims. As soon as you wish any shopping cart T Shirt or poster of yours to be removed, notify us and the image and that cart item will be removed.

How will the shirts/posters be printed ?

The shirts are not screenprinted – the print provider uses the DTG printing method.

Where will the shirts and posters for sale be displayed ?

Your shirt and or poster will be displayed on atxtshirts.com under as many categories as are representative.  We’ll also offer up your shirt on LostinAustin.org if you have a venue listing on that site.

What will we make on each shirt/poster sale ?

We will price your shirt/poster royalty at $10. So depending on the shirt fabric and size they may be priced from $28 to $34 each.   atxtshirts.com will receive a transaction fee depending on the remaining margins. Poster payments are $10 as well (vintage posters pay $20). We do have the ability to divide royalty payments for two recipients.

Can we split or divide the royalty payment ?

Yes. We are able to do split payments to two different entities (venue/artist). The payment can be split any way you like in whole dollar amounts.

What will be the shirt quality ?

We are using primarily 3 shirts.  Bella+Canvas 3001 soft cotton tee, Gildan 5000 Unisex heavy cotton tee and Next Level 1533 women’s racerback tank top.
 

Have you seen the tee’s and posters ?

Yes, we’ve made 20 separate sample orders for as many different T’s and posters. They look terrific.

What is the return policy and will we be involved ?

The printer does not accept returns, but will gladly reimburse for or replace any misprinted or damaged items. All we need is the order ID and photos from the customer to send to the print provider. We handle all customer service issues.

How will we be paid ?

Payment will be via ACH thru Stripe directly to your bank account. After filling out our form you will be directed to a stripe set-up page to set up your shirt settlement. LostinAustin.org and atxtshirts.com will have zero access to your bank settlement information. Please have your mobile phone available when setting up direct deposit with Stripe. Stripe will send two different verification codes during this process via your phone.

Do you have access to our ACH bank info ?

NO. We purposely built the signup for to send you directly to Stripe to complete your bank settlement information. We have zero access to your bank info, and that’s the way we want it.

Will we be notified when a shirt is sold ?

Yes, you will receive an immediate email notification after each sale, and the funds will be direct deposited in your bank via ACH thru Stripe.

Partner Policy Terms and Conditions

  • You are claiming ownership and/or copy write to the art on the published t shirt or poster.
  • You are allowing atxtshirts.com & LostinAustin.org (thinAIR Solutions, LLC) to list a t-shirt with your logo or design for sale.
  • You allow permission for atxtshirts.com & LostinAustin.org (thinAIR Solutions, LLC,) to use your logo/design for this purpose.
  • atxtshirts.com & LostinAustin.org (thinAIR Solutions, LLC) is not liable for any disputes to this artwork and will be held harmless for any additional claims to it’s ownership.
  • You agree to the pricing calculation in our FAQ section. ($4, $6, $8 or $10 per t shirt). Contact us to confirm the amount you chose and we inputted. That amount will never change without your instructions.
  • By uploading the image you certify that you are the sole copyright owner of said image.
  • You are being paid directly from the printer via Stripe ACH info that you input. Should you bank info change and the Stripe account become un-sync’d, thinAIR Solutions is not responsible for replacing revenue you lost before you corrected your banking information.
  • We offer these shirts via this licensing agreement.  You own the art we are just distributors. We make no claims. As soon as you wish any shopping cart T Shirt or poster of yours to be removed, notify us and the image and that cart item will be removed.
